To provide information about adherence to continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with obstructive sleep apnoea; to provide an update about the effect of a palliative telecare team on the quality of life of patients who have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), heart failure and interstitial lung disease; to provide information about the association of airway-occluding mucus plugs and mortality in patients with COPD.
