Session aims
To explain what photon counting is and how to use this technique in imaging of the lungs; to illustrate what an MRI examination means for a child and what the indications are for such an examination in children; to present benefits of ultrasound as a simple technique that can be performed at the bedside and the indications for ultrasound at the bedside in the emergency setting for the immediate diagnosis of acute respiratory failure.
