Session aims

To provide highlights of the Lung Science Conference 2024, which took place in Estoril in March this year and focused on the life-spanning pathomechanisms of chronic lung diseases that start early in childhood and progress rapidly in the aging population. An in-depth understanding of chronic lung disease trajectories will enable early detection of disease and development of preventive therapies to better treat patients affected by chronic respiratory diseases.
